Making Beauty School's Dean List for Miss Universe 2009 are, in random order: India; Japan; Ukraine; Russia; Poland; Romania; Mexico; Jamaica; Australia; Czech Republic; Dominican Republic; South Africa; Venezuela; France; and USA. Very close to making the Dean's List were Hungary, Philippines, and Vietnam. Dean Harris and Prof. Chandni determined the Dean's List this year. Dean Mi Maggio is unable to come out of his office - his door is blocked with all the items that that have been surrended and/or confiscated as part of the Latin Embargo. He is trapped inside his office with Beauty School Bodyguard/Security Guard Boris Jelinic. We do not expect to hear from them until at least Aug. 24th.
