London Rose Charmaine Kenny, 26, won the 50th annual Rose of Tralee in the wee hours of Thursday night. The The new Rose of Tralee 2009, will spend the next 12 months travelling the world representing Ireland. This year's pageant garnered the highest TV viewing figures of recent years.
