Miss Panama, Diana Patricia Broce wins the Best National Costume Award for the Miss Universe 2009 Beauty Pageant Contest. She wears a costume whose representation of the Panamanian “Diablico Sucio” turned out to be a hit among the panel of judges. While the 2nd place was the costume of Miss Nicaragua, Indiana Sanchez and the 3rd place was the costume of 3rd place: Miss Thailand, Chutima Durongdej
