Runners-up were Mister Bentayga Aarón Viera Herrera, Mister Parque Marítimo Miguel Galindo Rodríguez, Mister Maspalomas José Luís Angulo Pérez, Mister CC Las Terrazas Mario Montes Rodríguez, and Mister Lanzarote Acorán Josué Machín de León, who also garnered the Mister Elegancia title.
