First runner-up was Miss Hawaii Kawena Ka-Malamalama-O-Nalani Souza. Second runner-up was Miss Tonga Liberty Afeaki. Third runner-up was Miss Papua New Guinea Sarah Kila Karo. Fourth runner-up was Miss Cook Islands Uirangi Bishop. Competing in the 25th edition of this contest were American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, Hawaii, Papua New Guinea, Tokelau, Tonga, Solomon Islands, and Samoa. This marks the second time Miss Fiji has captured the title - the first time was in 2009.
