The new Miss Sevilla 2011 is Tamara Llagas. She won the title tonight in the Andalusian capital of Seville. Tamara will now go on to compete in Miss Spain 2012. Miss Sevilla 2011 first runner-up was Raquel Bonilla, who also won the title of "Miss Elegancia."
