She will sing the smash hit and Summer 2009 anthem "When Love Takes Over" at Miss Universe 2009.NEW YORK, July 23 (UPI) -- Flo Rida, Heidi Montag, David Guetta and Kelly Rowland have agreed to perform during the 2009 Miss Universe competition in the Bahamas. Paula M. Shugart, president of the Miss Universe Organization, made the announcement Thursday. Billy Bush, co-anchor of "Access Hollywood," and Claudia Jordan of "Celebrity Apprentice" and "Deal or No Deal" will serve as co-hosts of the pageant live from Atlantis, Paradise Island August. 23.The competition is slated to air on NBC and Telemundo.
