The new Miss Universe Brazil 2009 is Miss Rio Grande do Norte, Larissa Costa Silva de Oliveira, 25. She won the title early this morning. First runner-up was pre-pageant favorite Miss Minas Gerais, Rayanne Fernanda de Morais, 20. Second runner-up was Miss Distrito Federal Denise Ribeiro Alicera, 18.
