The new Miss Miss Kärnten 2012 is Jessica Cara. She beat 18 other women to win the title on Saturday night. She will now compete in Miss Austria 2012. Kärnten is Austria's southermost state, or land, and is known for its scenic mountain views and lakes. In English, Kärnten is translated as Carinthia. So, Jessica is in fact Miss Carinthia 2012.
