Attending this weekend's Rose Ball at the Monte-Carlo Sporting Club in Monaco were Miss World Sweden 1993 Victoria Silvstedt, Miss France 2002 Sylvie Tellier, and Miss Universe China 2011 Luo Zilin. The Rose Ball is one of the annual major charity events in Monaco. Created in 1954, it benefits the Princess Grace Foundation. This year's theme was "Swinging London." (Photos: Getty Images)
