More news from La Republica Oriental del Uruguay! The new Miss Universe Uruguay 2009 is Cinthia D'Ottone, 20 years old. She won the title this weekend, beating out 14 other contestants for the title. The pageant was held at the Conrad Hilton in the tres chic beach resort Punta del Este and was televised nationally. Like her recent Miss Universe Uruguay sorority sisters, Cinthia will travel to Colombia to train for Miss Universe 20009.
