Miss Ecuador 2009 is Sandra Vinces. She won the title last night in a glittering ceremony held in Manta. The pageant, televised live throughout the country, also saw Gabriela Ulloa elected as first runner-up. Sandra will represent Ecuador at Miss Unvierse 2009; Gabriela will represent the Andean nation at Miss World 2009.
