Miss Universe Czech Republic 2009 is today, and at the center of it all is Miss Universe 2008, Venezuela's Dayana Mendoza. Apparently, she is on an Eastern European tour, first officiating at Miss Universe Ukraine 2009 and now at Miss Universe Czech Republic 2009. Dayana's hostest with the mostest is Miss Universe Czech Republic 2008, Eliška Bučková, top 15 finisher at Miss Universe 2008 in Vietnam.
