Argentina held its 40th annual Fiesta Nacional del Mar last week on the Rambla Bristol at Casino Central in Mar del Plata. The fiesta includes the election of the Reina Nacional del Mar, won this year by blonde Victoria Scheggia, 18 and a fashion design student. Runners-up for the Reina Nacional del Mar 2012 title were Mariana De Dios, 22, and Antonella Arcuri, 19. Victoria is definitely Universe or World worthy - let's hope she gives one or both of these a try!
