Dean Harris has been humming the Miss Universe 1997 opening number "Party Time" for the past week. Naturally, he identifies the song more with the Miss Universe 1997 contest than with Gloria Estefan! Carnival, Carnaval, Carnavale, Mardi Gras - no matter how you say it or spell it, it is party time! As per usual, all Beauty School classes are cancelled for today's revelries and festivities. Two countries where they really party hardy today are Brazil and Trinidad and Tobago, as demonstrated by Mister Espírito Santo 2011 Edu Rosa; Miss World 2009 second runner-up and Miss Universe Trinidad and Tobago 2011 Gabrielle Walcott; Mister Paraná 2010 first runner-up and Big Brother Brasil 10 contestant Elieser Ambrosio; and Miss Universe 1998 Trinidad and Tobago's Wendy Fitzwilliam.
