The new Miss World Argentina 2011 was crowned last night in a gala ceremony held at the City Center complex in Rosario, the capital of the province of Santa Fe. Miss Buenos Aires Antonella Kruger, 19 and 1m70, walked off with the coveted title. Antonella is from Zárate, a city of about 100,000 located 50-odd miles from Buenos Aires. Antonella works as a professional model for the Anama Models agency. First runner-up in the competition was Miss Salta Camila Valdez. Second runner-up was Miss Santa Fe Rocio Damiano. Other winners were Miss San Juan Emilia Colombo (Miss Talent), Miss Rio Negro Micaela Massa (Beauty with a Purpose), Miss Santiago del Estero Fabiana Maguna (Miss Sport), and Miss Tucuman Tatiana Muhic (Public Favorite). 24 women, each representing an Argentine province, competed for the title of Miss World Argentina 2011 and the right to be Argentina's delegate to Miss World 2011.
