11-Apr-2011, ABS-CBN: A 24-year-old University of the Philippines (UP) magna cum laude graduate was crowned Bb. Pilipinas Ms. Universe 2011 at the Araneta Coliseum on Sunday evening. Shamcey Supsup, who finished B.S. Architecture from UP Diliman and topped the June 2010 Architect Licensure Exam, beat 40 other candidates for the title. She is also a high school salutatorian from the Makati High School. Supsup, who stands 5'7" and is from General Santos City, beat 15 other semi-finalists after answering the question, "What worthy cause do you identify yourself with and why?
