Miss South Africa Michelle Gildenhuys is the new Miss Atlantico Internacional 2011. She won the title last night, beating out 15 other women from around the world for the coveted title during a glittering, nationally-televised gala in the ultra-chic, southern hemisphere resort of Punta del Este, Uruguay. Miss Costa Rica Karen Quiros was first runner-up in the contest; Miss Panama Ana Maria Gordon was second runner-up. Watch the crowning moment at the teledoce website.
