SHE'S BACK

Lorraine, our beloved librarian, had been put on suspension over a faux pas last week. Students not only rioted and burned their bras, but they also took action to get her back on the job. Here we have members of the Student Council meeting with Beauty School's Human Resources Director, Mrs. Hedda Hunter (a former Miss Hermosa Beach), to ask for her intervention in the matter. They met with her in costumes, between rehearsals of this year's Christmas Pageant which is based on the 1961 Miss Universe Pageant. Their greatest concern was that Lorraine had the only key to the library, where the tanning booths were located. Could Mrs. Hunter intervene? She most certainly did, saying "Lorraine didn't know a thing about jpegs and htmls, so she is forgiven, she can return to work immediately." Welcome back, Lorraine!
