Well, apparently our neighbors to the north in Canada, where the Miss Pakistan pageant has been held for the last 6 years. As reported in the New York Times by Susan Dominus, Miss Pakistan 2008 is Natasha Paracha, who works for the United Nations. She's not eligible to compete in Miss World or Miss Universe because she was not crowned in her home country. However, she is eligible to complete in Miss Tourism Queen International.
