The top 12 finalists were Barcelona, Gipuzkoa, Girona, Jaen, La Rioja (also named Mister Simpatia), Las Palmas, Madrid, Malaga, Pontevedra, Sevilla, Toledo, and Zaragoza. Dean Harris thinks Toledo has the whole package (double entendre intended), and based on his final question, should win it all.
