Chile re-joins the Universe! Hurrah! 14 women will compete on July 13 for the title of Miss Universe Chile 2011.Let's hope Chile sends a very competitive delegate to Brazil! Right now, the overall pool of Latina candidates is weak as water, with the unusual exception of candidates from the Southern Cone - Argentina and Uruguay in particular.
