RIOJA GRAN RESERVA

In the faculty lounge this morning, Dean Harris mentioned that Miss y Mister Rioja was taking place today. Lorraine, Beauty School's Librarian, thought he was talking about a wine tasting contest. Lorraine loves a good Rioja - Gran Reserva only, though!

In any event, Dean Harris disabused her of the misunderstanding and made it clear that he was talking about a pageant - Miss and Mister Rioja, the winners of which will compete in Miss and Mister Spain 2011 respectively.

This year's Miss Rioja candidates are Itxaso Ibáñez, Deborah Trapero, Andrea Ascorbe, Teresa Nieto, Miriam Jiménez, Ángela Herrero, Sara Rada, Andrea Pérez, Beatriz Delgado, and Lorena Martínez.

The candidates for Mister Rioja are Óscar González, Víctor Alonso, Yerai Trejo, Ángel Segura, Ismael Portela, and Jorge Luis Rodríguez.

No matter who wins, Dean Harris and Lorraine will celebrate with a good bottle of Gran Reserva Rioja!
