Deans Harris & Di Maggio stopped by the library to see if our beloved librarian Lorraine could pull some pictures from the archives. When they arrived they found Lorraine getting her roots touched up. When asked for some photos she said "Boys, I can't up right now, but there's a box over there titled Miss USA's. Just stick your hand in and pull out some pictures, help yourself." First picture pulled out was this one of the very first Miss Texas to win the Miss USA title, Kimberly Tomes in 1977. We're not sure what she is wearing on the left just below her shoulder we suspect its piece of jewelry representing the Lone Star State. But how did she keep it on?TWO DAYS AND COUNTING...
